M&A International Inc. member Audon Partners A/S open office in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) in Vietnam. With its 86 million inhabitants and being the 2nd fastest growing economy in the world, the M&A market - though still infant - is expected to grow rapidly in the future. “An increasing number of Vietnamese companies are searching for strategic partners from abroad in order to get access to the international markets for Vietnamese products and services”, says Ngo Xuan Binh, Managing Director of the new partnership, named Delta Partners. “Similarly many international companies are interested in marketing their product portfolio to Vietnamese customers and in sourcing products from Vietnam at world competitive prices”, says Henrik Audon.
