M&A International Inc. member Cavendish Corporate Finance LLP wins three industry awards

December 2010. M&A International Inc. member Cavendish Corporate Finance LLP has been named ‘Independent Corporate Finance House of the Year’ in the Acquisitions Monthly 2011 Awards which is widely acknowledged as the M&A industry's premier award. The awards were announced on 9 December 2010. The award was in recognition of Cavendish's role in the sales of: a majority stake in Yorkshire-based commercial laundry service provider JLA; retail emporium Liberty Plc; Kent County Crematorium PLC; and the Royal Berkshire Shooting School.

This comes a day after Cavendish received the ‘Corporate Deal of the Year’ and ‘Boutique Investment Bank of the Year’ awards at the Europe M&A Atlas Awards ceremony held at Le Meridien Piccadilly in London on Wednesday 8 December. Cavendish was nominated for its role in the sale of Gü Rensow Ltd to Noble Foods Ltd.
